But wait - there is one more thing we think is missing from our beloved Lord of the Rings pinball machine; a detailed model of a Hobbit hole at the Shire shot!

This mod easily mounts on the clear plastic guard just below the Shire VUK and depicts a typical Hobbit house you might find in Hobbiton. Conveniently located near Sam and Frodo on the left slings, our mod uses an adjustable intensity "FIRE" LED assembly to simulate the glow of a fireplace. Also included in the package is an incandescent GI lamp to light up the mod.

Our mod connects below the playfield with Matrix connectors and is tied into the left slingshot GI lighting. Our resin-based mod (no 3D print lines) is highly detailed and meticulously hand painted. We designed our mod with a rear access door and a configurable 555 wedge socket internally for user experimentation.

Installation takes about ten minutes and no mechanical assemblies need to be removed. Entire installation is done with the playfield resting on the rails.

NOTE - the clear plastic guard from the factory at the Shire VUK is REQUIRED as our mod depends on that plastic for support.
